How many kids can attend a party?
All of our party packages include 15 kids. We max out at 20 kids.

What can/should I bring? What does VB KidFit provide?
You are welcome to bring any of your own decorations and food/drinks (please no glitter). Our party room offers three 6ft tables for food, two 8ft tables for eating, and an adjustable photo backdrop stand.
Each package includes basic paper products (plates, napkins, table cloths) in the color(s) of your choice. If we have a backdrop that matches your theme we will provide one or you're welcome to bring your own.
We offer food/drink options as well as decoration options at an additional fee. Our pizza is provided from Marco's.

When can I arrive?
Party hosts are invited to arrive no sooner than 20 minutes prior to the scheduled start of your party. Please no sooner as this allows staff to properly clean and ensure our facility is ready for you.

Are waivers required to participate?
Yes, every child that will be on the gym floor is required to have a waiver signed by a guardian. A link to our electronic waiver will be provided to the party host to be filled out prior to the party. Paper waivers will also be available at our facility the day of the event.
Are packages customizable?
Yes, we are happy to help you figure out what works best for you and your child for their special day. Just give us a call!
